The addition of the carbon fibre plate to the midsole gives runners a more stable landing platform and a snappier toe-off which creates confident and efficient strides. The foam surrounding the plate that makes up the midsole is HOKA’s signature EVA that absorbs impact and provides plush landings making the Bondi X perfect for pushing towards more mileage during daily training runs.
